The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) 2024 provide an incredible opportunity for students from Commonwealth countries to pursue a fully funded two-year Master’s degree in a low or middle-income Commonwealth country. This program aims to support individuals committed to making a positive impact in their communities through academic and cultural exchange.

Key Benefits:

  • Full tuition coverage.

  • Living allowance (stipend) for the entire duration of the award.

  • Return economy flights to the host country.

  • A one-off arrival allowance.

  • Research support grant (available upon request and subject to approval).

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be citizens or hold refugee status in a Commonwealth country.

  • Must have completed an undergraduate degree with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent).

  • Scholarships are for full-time Master’s programs only and must be pursued outside the applicant’s country of citizenship or residence.

Required Documents:

  1. High school certificate.

  2. Undergraduate transcript and graduation certificate.

  3. Two references (preferably academic).

  4. Passport or national ID card scan.

  5. Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable).

  1. Choose a university from the list of participating institutions.

  2. Submit an application to both the university and for the QECS scholarship.

  3. Create a myACU account to complete the QECS application.
